I believe that strength training is important for all of us as it has so many benefits whatever age. It also makes you feel great! I cater for all levels whether you are a regular gym goer or completely new to it all.
I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their fitness goals. I aim to make all my sessions varied and fun and can tailor the workouts to suit all ages and fitness levels.
After being on a fat loss journey myself I know how hard it can be. I offer support and accountability to help you with yours.
We lose muscle mass and bone density as we age so I am here to help you work on your functional movement, balance and strength. It is never too late to start!
After taking up golf a few years ago and falling in love with the game I can help you improve your strength and mobility to maintain a consistent swing and increase your club head speed.
