Staying strong and mobile in our senior years is something I am passionate about. We lose muscle mass and bone density as we age, so we can all help to futureproof our bodies by staying active and keeping up some resistance work. It is never too late to start either. I work on functional movement patterns, mobility, balance and strength. All ages and all abilities. Working with my clients in a 1:1 setting means I can tailor the sessions to work on the areas most needed and most importantly making it fun.
